These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Antioch Serve Team text messaging program, operated by Antioch Community Church, for volunteers who serve on ministry teams. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Antioch Volunteer Team program sends text messages to volunteers regarding their ministry service schedule, including scheduling reminders and requests for backup or replacement coverage. This is an internal operational program for active volunteers and is not open to the public.

ELIGIBILITY

This program is intended for individuals who are actively volunteering, or have agreed to volunteer, with an Antioch Church ministry team and who have provided their mobile number for this purpose.

HOW TO LEAVE

Reply STOP to any message at any time to be unsubscribed immediately. You may rejoin at any time by texting SERVE again or contacting the church office.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COSTS

Message frequency varies based on your volunteer schedule, typically 1–4 messages per month, with occasional additional messages for urgent coverage requests. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Antioch Church does not charge for this service.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

This program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and reliability may vary by carrier, device, and location.

PRIVACY

Use of this program is also governed by our SMS Text Messaging Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
