STEP 1: PRAY AND ASK THE LORD TO BRING PEOPLE TO MIND
Write/type down any names the Lord highlights to ask to join us in this initiative. Start with a goal of at least 10 people, but continue to ask God and pray for Him to highlight people to invite!

STEP 2: DRAFT A TEXT TO SEND. HERE IS A TEMPLATE TO USE/ADJUST:
Hey (name of person you are texting), I hope you are well! I wanted to invite you into something my church is doing called the Dwelling Place Initiative. We are raising funds this year to purchase our current church building in January 2027. We want to do it debt-free and need the help of friends and family to get there! This website has all the information, a video from our Lead Pastor, testimonies of why we're doing this, updates on our goals, and a link to give: antiochnwa.org/dwellingplace

This summer, I'm reaching out to friends & family to raise $5,000. This is my contribution toward helping our church reach a significant checkpoint of $500,000 by August 1st. STEP 3: SEND TEXTS TO THOSE WHO CAME TO MIND
This is it, you can do it! Just push send :) As you send the text messages, pray a quick prayer of trusting God with people's response. Also, pray for the Lord to give that person an open and generous heart!

STEP 4: KEEP THE LIST OF NAMES ON YOUR PHONE
Keep track of the people you sent a text to so you can follow up with them, express thanks, and give them updates. Most people will need a follow-up message 1-2 weeks from the original text.

STEP 5: PRAY AND KEEP ON PRAYING!
God is fully able to provide for us and allow us to purchase our church building debt-free. Let’s be persistent and ask Him all throughout the year to do it!
