I had an encounter with God one time in worship in June of 2024. I had been struggling with feeling alone as I had to stay in America during the summer after my freshman year and had not seen my family in over a year. I came to church that Sunday honestly not expecting a lot, but walking in to the building I was immediately welcomed in. Worship began and I dropped to my knees and started praying, reciting scripture, and just asking God to come and comfort me. I started to feel almost compelled to open my mouth and as I did I began to involuntarily speak in tongues. God truly met me in a very difficult time and gave me a lot of encouragement in a time where I felt isolated.

I had an encounter with God where he healed my chronic back pain at World Mandate! After an injury at work in 2022 I had been dealing with debilitating chronic back pain that I had been in and out of several specialist to heal. At my 4th World Mandate with Antioch and after hundreds of prayers asking for healing, I felt the Holy Spirit stir in my heart to ask again. I went to the front and asked Larry and Madeline to lay hands and pray over my back, and immediately felt relief that allowed me to jump and praise the Lord in worship (I had been having a horrible flare up all weekend). It’s now been 5 months since that happened and I haven’t had a single flare up, Praise the Lord!

I had an encounter with God in worship at World Mandate where He reminded me of the depth of His love for me - that I didn’t have to strive to earn it and that His love is not based on anything I can or cannot do. In such a tender and personal way, He touched my heart and revealed His love to me more deeply than ever before and I saw His love for me in a completely new way!

I had an encounter with God at a worship night at our church, where He showed me how worship is warfare, and the things you declare with your mouth hold power and moves things in the spirit and in your heart.

I had an encounter with God at World Mandate, where He comforted my heart and reminded me that I am His beloved daughter. I cried, and I felt His love and comfort as I processed the death of a dream. He gave my husband and me a word picture for our present; that He is planting and rooting us where He has so that we would produce fruit for His kingdom.
